"I have heard great things about this place, but every time I go there I receive an attitude from the staff and on my simple orders they are continually not make them how I asked. This will be my last visit. Today for example, I asked for a tuna melt (tuna, cheese melted, and bread toasted). Quality of food is just as important as presentation of orders. I truly don’t understand why I can never get both. What does this look like? Terrible"

"Was very surprised walking in the door because it looks like a small standard deli from the outside. Inside is much larger than it appears, and they have a little bit of everything! Everything in the bakery counters looked so professional, and all the hot food trays looked delicious. I was picking up an order so didn't get to try everything yet, but their caprese heroes were excellent - such soft, fresh hero bread, mozz, basil and tomato with a side of balsamic vin. Their Italian combos are also amazing. The friendliness of the staff was also impressive, as I was addressed by every person when walking in and down to the counter. Super friendly and fast service. Looking fwd to visiting again and trying more options."

"The owner or man that was in charge (old, skinny and tall) is the reason I will never step foot in this establishment again and will most definitely direct others not to as well. He made up in his own head that we asked them to take the peppers of my stand which absolutely did not happen and lied saying him and his worker both heard it when he was the only one who “heard it” and when i asked why i had no peppers he made a huge deal and his unprofessionalism beamed right off him instead of just fixing the situation. He was nasty and rude and never will i spend $16 dollars on a sandwich with shitty soggy bread and a less then mediocre chicken cutlet."

"Put an order in on Monday, Baker told us The earliest he can do is 1:30pm Tuesday. NP Drove one hour to get there from our house No order for 4 asiago breads The guy there was nice, he was ready to make us the bread while we were there But the older woman was not having it -She said come back at three My husband tried to explain we live an hour away We had ordered yesterday. She just didn't care On top of that the girl, although nice, couldn't figure out what kind Of cakes they sold, the baker had to keep stopping what she's doing to tell her/me Why not just put a small sign on their side of the counter saying what the cake is🤷🏻‍♀️ This was for my son's birthday, we don't get up there much so it would've been a nice treat for him We have been here before-Always pleasant people, until this rude Uncaring Woman"

"Older lady in the front had the worst attitude ever. As a first time customer I will never walk in to this deli again. If it wasn’t enough with the attitude from the employee I also asked for an Italian sub WITHOUT ANY TOMATOES SINCE IM HIGHLY ALLERGIC!!! Yet still got tomatoes. Overly priced and wasn’t able to enjoy the sandwich since rude employee instead of paying attention to my order she was more involved in being rude"
